Internship

"The teacher who is indeed wise does not bid you to enter the house of his wisdom but rather leads you to the threshold of your mind!"

Khalil Gibran

My academic endeavors related to service learning have provided me ample opportunity to explore different areas in Dietetics. Learning about the diverse traditional and non-traditional roles played by dietitians made me understand the inevitability of the profession of Dietetics. Through practicums and internship experiences I had multiple opportunities to explore different areas of nutrition and dietetics. The knowledge I gained will help me educate and help others. In the future, I anticipate to add multiple folds to what I have gained already in order to enhance my knowledge and polish my skills so I can enter the profession as a skilled dietitian.
